It is with much sadness that we share the news that Dave Williams has passed away, at home last week.

Dave was a true gentleman and always made time for everyone. He made the most of life, loved Saundersfoot, sea swimming and performing at the local open mic nights.

Our thoughts and wishes are with Jan and their sons and grandchildren. A family that have been part of Waters Edge and Saundersfoot for as long as any can remember.

🍺🚴 INTRODUCING… “LOVE SAUNDERSFOOT PEDAL & POUR” 👀

Love Saundersfoot is excited to announce plans for a brand new pedal-powered mobile bar experience coming to the village. with the first official ride scheduled for April 2027.

Inspired by popular attractions across Europe, this unique experience will see groups of up to 12 people pedalling their way around Saundersfoot while enjoying drinks along the route 🍻

Here’s how it will work 👇

🚴 Starting at the top of St Brides Hill
🍺 Pedal-powered bar with onboard drinks service - morning mimosas or a pint of local cider? What is your tipple?
🎶 Music and onboard host included!
📍 Route looping through the village before finishing at Coppet Hall tunnel / bottom of The Strand!

To support local businesses, local breweries are being invited to sponsor the experience and supply the onboard drinks, with rotating “guest taps” showcasing Pembrokeshire produce 🍺

The bar itself will be fully branded with the Love Saundersfoot logo, making it a standout feature as it travels through the village 👀

Early plans also include:
🎉 Private group bookings
👰🤵 Stag & hen party packages
🍻 Brewery takeover sessions
🌅 Evening rides during peak season

Organisers say the aim is to create a fun, social experience that brings something a little different to Saundersfoot, while supporting local producers and adding to the village atmosphere.

Good morning all,

We've just had a cancellation for no.3 over
NYE.

If youd like to see festive Saundersfoot lit up or have a bizarre curiosity around (very) cold water swimming this could be for you! The New Year's Day Swim 2025 had 2,535 brave participants and around 10,000 spectators!!

Apartment 3 has two bedrooms, sleeps 5 plus 2 on sofa beds, it's on the first floor.

Its available from 30th Dec for £210 per night. Minimum of 3 nights, sixth and seventh nights are free if you like a longer break.
