This is why…. Suffolk Highways. 10 weeks have passed and still you fail to speak with us about the mess you have created .

Unfortunately we have made the decision to not open our site this year due to major roads works locally which could effect the peace of our beautiful site.
But mainly due to works by Suffolk highways that we are now fighting, with action as we now have a 10ft drop at the end of the campsite which we feel is very unsafe.

We feel that the relief road for Sizewell C is going to be closer now than we thought and wish to see how close the construction
is to our site.

We Thankyou for all of your custom and time over the last few years, and hope to one day re open.

Preparation is key for the perfect visit to our Fabulous Boutique Bell Tent, not only does it include bedding and towels, but everything you need other than the food you wish to cook. Even dressing gowns for the Adults too.
Places in its own garden area and full use of all communal areas and fire pits .

New season New Bell Tent, New look! We are loving our new tent for this year, spacious comfortable and all things new. Feeling warm and cosy and looking forward to greeting our first guests this weekend.

Now that we are closed we are looking at our new Vintage tents, our beautiful and original 1961 Ridge tents. These are in immaculate condition.
Next year we would like to offer affordable camping for families, with out the cost of the set up. Does this or would this interest you?

Review time!!

“Lovely campsite with
good facilities. Tree cover was
great to have on a hot
weekend. Janene and Paul
were lovely, they showed us
how everything worked and
recommended the local pub for
dinner which was great. Clean
showers and toilets and
washing up area. Great location
to head to the coast and local
sites. We mainly stayed to visit
Minsmere but Dunwich and
Southwold were great too. A
lovely part of the world and I
would highly recommend
staying here”
