We have been marketing the pub and campsite for sale for 2.5 years now, and despite lots of viewings we've not had one single offer - so we have changed things a little. We are continuing to market the entire site, but in addition to this we have created a separate listing for just the pub and its adjoining buildings & a small bit of garden. This has considerably reduced the price and we are hoping it will attract a buyer. Please tell your friends!

And so we bid adieu to another camping season at Alde Garden. Thanks to everyone who's made it a magical one full of fire-lit evenings, nature-spotting, exploring, lazing and recharging.

Alde Garden; the place for tiny tents and great big Suffolk skies. We don't have room for large tunnel tents in our campsite (truthfully, we prefer giving space over to plants and wildlife instead) so bring your little tent, pitch up among the trees and spend your days immersed in wildlife and your nights under the stars....it really is the simple life for us!

What spectacular surroundings to do business! Our 'treebog' is a composting loo built on stilts and surrounded with a special selection of plants designed to neutralise campers'....deposits. There is absolutely no smell and inside is very pleasant too!
We do also have traditional toilets on site but we love have much water is saved by campers using the eco-loos (up to 6 litres per visit!)
