The sun will be hiding (partially-90%) behind the moon this evening starting just after 6pm until 8pm and reaching maximum coverage at just after 7pm. Our local Astronomical society will be holding a display in the village hall, all are welcome to come along and experience it, or if you want to view from the campsite we recommend spots on the site that have clear view of the horizon to the west.
PLEASE DO NOT LOOK DIRECTLY AT THE SUN!

Weather is looking fantastic over the next couple of weeks, a great time for long or short camping trip before the summer holidays start.

Looking at the weather for the coming week its looking to be hot hot hot!Why not ditch the office for a week and come camping instead. Perfect weather for trips to the beach, a walk to the pub or a spot of fishing up at the lakes. Plus we are still in low season until July 17th so take advantage of....

The recent rain has brought the flowers out bringing bees and butterflies into our borders. June is a great time to enjoy long days, visit local gardens and nature reserves while they are quiet.
