Pancake Day in Scarborough 🥞🪢

Did you know Scarborough has one of the most unusual Pancake Day traditions in the UK?

This year on 17th February, local children get the day off school and head down to the seafront for a spot of skipping. A tradition that’s been part of the town’s history for generations. 🌊✨

It’s a lovely sight, full of laughter, fresh sea air, and of course… pancakes later on! 🥞
