Ahead of your daily adventures, refresh in the sleek shower room, before grabbing a coffee and exploring Scarborough on foot; you'll arrive at a wide variety of amenities, including The View Restaurant, The Watermark Cafe, and several convenience stores. Within walking distance you'll also reach SEA LIFE Scarborough, Peasholm Park, a Japanese designed exotic garden, and Cleveland Way, the perfect vantage point above the coastline. After 4 successful years of running North Bay Retreat we’re excited to announce the next step...

We’re looking at expanding and are now offering our holiday let expertise to other property owners across the Scarborough area.

Over the past four years, we’ve learned what it takes to run a successful holiday let, from delivering a great guest experience and achieving 5⭐ reviews.

We’re now offering three ways to work with us:

1️⃣ Turnaround Service. Perfect if you already manage your own bookings but need a reliable team on the ground.
✔️ Cleaning & changeovers
✔️ Linen hire & laundry
✔️ Consumable restocking
✔️ Property checks
✔️ Reporting maintenance issues

2️⃣ Full Holiday Let Management. A completely hands-off solution. We’ll take care of everything from guest enquiries and bookings to pricing, guest communication and coordinating changeovers, all for a percentage of your booking revenue. Linen, laundry and consumables are charged separately.

3️⃣ Rent to Serviced Accommodation. For the right property, we may be interested in renting it from you on a fixed monthly basis. You receive a guaranteed rental income, while we take care of everything else.

Don’t worry if it’s a rainy day when you visit us as you can get comfy on our large corner sofa or our king size bed and watch your favourite series. All our TV’s are linked to a Netflix account free for our guests to enjoy.

We’re so pleased to have received some of our first bookings today, some of which include your little companions. We love dogs here at North Bay Retreat but you can rest assured our property is thoroughly cleaned between stays meaning guests arriving without dogs need not worry. On top of that our 1000 pocket sprung bamboo mattress doesn’t just offer you the perfect support and comfort but it also has anti allergenic properties allowing guest with any sort of allergy to have the perfect nights rest.
