Well folks that's it for us at the guesthouse. We have sold and a new owner has taken over. Thanks to everyone who came and stayed with us. We are staying in Scarborough as we love the place, so who knows, we may even see you around. A new adventure awaits us.

We are now open for 2025 bookings. This year we now have two rates for each room, room only and bed/breakfast.

Twin room
Room only from £70 per night (single person occupancy from £45 per night)
Breakfast included from £85 per night (single person occupancy from £52.50)

Small double room
Room only from £65 per night (single person occupancy from £45 per night)
Breakfast included from £80 per night (single person occupancy from £52.50)

Large double room
Room only from £70 per night
Breakfast included from £85 per night

King bed room
Room only from £75 per night
Breakfast included from £90 per night

All room rates with a minimum of two night stay.

So proud what we have accomplished since taking over the guest house. Today we received our first ever award courtesy of Kayak. We only got it because of our guests who leave us such wonderful reviews & feedback for their stay with us.
