Are you selling your property portfolio!?

We specialise in buying portfolios, We are currently buying a handful of portfolios at the moment. Now especially, we are seeing a lot of landlords exiting the property market. There is two main ways we buy from landlords, I can outline them for you.

The first is- We buy at discount, up to 75% of the market value. This depends on lending, rental yield etc. This works for some portfolio landlords but not for the majority if I am completely honest. Mainly as they don't want to give away that much equity.

The second way- We can pay up to or more than market value, over a period of time typically over 5-15 years. What that does it gives the profits that the landlord has built up over time, it also gives them an income over time. It also helps with any capital gains tax mitigation and inheritance tax depending on their situation.
