A beautiful rainbow greeted me when I arrived at work this morning 🌈

Now the sun’s out, there’s blue sky over the park and a bit of a nip in the air. Such a lovely autumn morning! 🍂

Definitely a day for getting outside and enjoying a walk, whether it’s across the Moors, through the woods or along the coast.

I love this time of year, seeing all the colours changing.

If you love spending time in your caravan but could do without the hassle of towing it every time, a seasonal pitch might be just what you're looking for!

Leave your caravan set up with us and come and go as often as you like throughout the season. Perfect for weekends away, longer holidays or those last-minute escapes when the weather looks good! ☀️

Our fully serviced pitches are £2,995 for the 2027 season, with winter storage included too.

📅 THINKING AHEAD TO 2027?

It might only be October, but our 2027 touring and camping bookings are already open – and some of you have been very organised and booked your holidays already!

If you have favourite dates, a particular pitch you like to return to, or you’re planning around school holidays and bank holiday weekends, now is a good time to get them in the diary.

Booking directly with us is currently the only way to secure your preferred dates and pitch for 2027.

🚧 IMPORTANT ACCESS INFORMATION – BARKER’S LANE CLOSURE

If you’re visiting Jasmine Park in October, please be aware that Barker’s Lane is due to be closed from Monday 5th October until Friday 23rd October while Yorkshire Water carries out water mains replacement works.

Jasmine Park remains open and accessible throughout the works.

🚗 During the closure, please use Middle Lane to access the park, as shown on the map attached.

If you’re using sat nav, please bear in mind that it may still try to direct you via Barker’s Lane, so we recommend checking your route before you travel.

📞 If you have any problems finding us on your journey, please give us a call and we’ll be happy to help.

The dates provided are currently provisional, so we’ll post an update if we’re notified of any changes.

Please feel free to share this with anyone you know who is visiting us during October.

The North Yorkshire Moors Railway Annual Steam Gala takes place from 24–27 September, with four days celebrating the sights and sounds of heritage steam.

Services and activities will take place across Pickering, Goathland, Whitby, Levisham and Grosmont—giving steam enthusiasts plenty to enjoy.

A seasonal pitch means less packing and towing, and more time to arrive, settle in and enjoy your caravan whenever you have some time away.
