Wow, we only have 12 nights available in our family room in August and it's not even the start of the season!

This is set to be our most popular room for August so if you are looking to have a family staycation with us this summer, we strongly advise booking early to avoid disappointment. The room is available for a longer break from 17-26th August and once those dates are sold, we have no more rooms that accommodate more than 2 people.

It’s like rain on your wedding day… except it’s Alanis in Scarborough and we have zero rooms left! Sorry to say, we're already fully booked for this concert and you oughta know that we have limited availability left for other weekend dates too and it is not even the end of February!

Make sure you book in advance if you are looking to secure a weekend stay with us this year!

We have been subject to a spam incident whereby someone has spammed our Google Reviews with 100s of fake reviews. Thankfully, most of them were a 5 star review but sadly what this looks like is that we have bought a load of fake reviews to boost our ratings. We have not and will never do this. We pride ourselves on our high review score from genuine reviews from genuine guests who have stayed at the guesthouse. We have spent the best part of an hour attempting to remove them. If you see the review, please do not let them influence your decision to stay here. Our last genuine review on google was received 4 months ago and any review from there on is genuine and can be trusted. We will continue to fight to have the spam reviews removed.

Wow, we've been inundated with bookings in the last week and we already have some dates now with limited availability including:

- Weekend - 12th June
- Weekend - 26th June
- 6th July
- August Bank Holiday - Last rooms available

Given the amazing line up at the Open Air Theatre, with a concert on pretty much every weekend from the start of June to end of August, we anticipate our weekends to sell out quickly. If you are considering a stay with us for a weekend break during the summer or to visit to attend a concert, we strongly advise booking early otherwise we cannot guarantee the rooms. We are already having to turn people away for certain dates which we don't like doing!

The next open air theatre announcement is a big one! TEDDY SWIMS! Don’t ’lose control’ over it!

Our 2026 waiting list is operational. If you would like a room for this concert, send us a DM with your details and we’ll contact you when we are opening our 2026 diaries. We expect this to be a popular one so we would advise getting in touch early to avoid disappointment. (Two night minimum stay)
