Friends and visitors, this has been a rather short but very difficult season for us, by the time we were allowed to open in July we had been closed and without any income for 8 months as we close over winter and then had lockdown to content with. We sat by and watched other animal establishments, similar to ourselves asking for donations from the public to feed their animals and had many people ask why we weren't doing the same, but we felt that it should be up to us to take care of our own animals and grounds, however now we really do need support. We will never ask for donations but we are now approaching our very quiet time before we close in November and visitors are always telling us that they would visit through winter if we were open all year round, well now we need you to do so. At this time of year the number of visitors we get sometimes isn't enough to even cover the days wages and having had such a short season we need a last minute visitor boost so we can save up for our winter feed and maintenance costs. So please if you can, visit us and if not, share our page with your friends so we can reach more people!
