The RNLI is working with a Northumberland holiday provider and Northumbria Police to promote diving health checks in the Seahouses community.

We are really happy to help the RNLI and Northumbria Police in the Holiday Health Check scheme to raise awareness of cardiac health amongst sport divers.
We now have a "Wellpoint" installed at The Hides.
The machine measures BMI, body fat, blood pressure, and heart rate. It gives an overall assessment of cardiovascular disease risk.
This is available to all divers in the area, not just our guests. So if you would like a quick check get in touch.
