What does 'fully managed' actually mean?
It's something worth asking before you hand over the keys to your holiday home.
Over the years, we have spoken to owners who thought they had signed up for a fully managed service, only to discover they were still expected to deal with problems themselves.
And I can understand how frustrating that must be.
When you are trusting someone with your property, of course you want bookings, but you also want to know it is being cleaned properly, looked after and that somebody is there when a guest needs help.
You should not have to spend your evenings worrying about a guest who can't get in, a maintenance problem or whether the property is ready for the next arrival.
