The wonderful town of Seaton is one of the best on the south coast. It has a variety of shops and restaurants as well as the Seaton Jurassic Experience and with beautiful scenery, it really has something for everybody.

The town is engulfed by the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and if you fancy exploring the hills and forests, it is seemingly endless.

Seaton faces onto Lyme Bay, to the west of the mouth of the River Axe with red cliffs to one side and white cliffs on the other.

Axmouth and the fishing village of Beer are nearby and a sea wall provides access to the mostly pebble beach stretching for about a mile, it also has its own small harbour a great opportunity for crab fishing, which is fun for all ages.
Seaton is on the stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site.

From the Cottage the Beach is only 300 yards away . The charming high street has lovely shops, a butcher, restaurants and pubs just a stone throw away.
Amazing playground for kids of all ages. The town and beaches are dog friendly too.

Spacious cottage with sun patio, central location, parking and close to beach

This attractive mid terrace cottage is 500 yards from the sea front, it has been recently refurbished and modernised and offers an extremely comfortable stay with surprisingly spacious rooms.

The beautifully furnished cottage is child and dog friendly and offers a travel cot. It is in a central location which is close to the seafront and includes two free parking spaces. (Incredibly rare for Seaton). The cottage is within walking distance of pubs, shops and the quirky high street.

It has 3 large bedrooms, 2 with king sized beds, and one which sleeps 3 with a double bunk and a single bed. The bathroom has also been completely refurbished with a modern walk in shower. The downstairs has a cloak room, a beautiful large sitting room, an open plan dining area which can seat 8 comfortably and a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need, the kitchen is bright and airy with natural light flooding in from the sunny courtyard.

One of the oldest cottages in Seaton dating back to 1550, this house is full of character and has retained many original features such as, exposed beams, structural timbers and exposed stone work, deep window sills with seats (which are just perfect for watching the world go by) and an impressive Inglenook fireplace which is no longer in use.

The outside courtyard area is a fabulous sun trap which boasts up to 12 hours of sun in the summer, the area includes a charcoal BBQ and a comfortable dining table that can seat up to 8.

*Due to the sloped stairs small children must be supervised outside at all times.

The pretty town of Seaton is located between Lyme Regis in West Dorset and the fishing town of Beer which is a short drive or coastal walk away.

The narrow gauge Colyton tram way is always a delight that takes you around the local area and of course Seaton.

White Cross Cottage is a spacious property perfect for family holidays, a get away with friends or even a getaway treat for couples!
