Please be aware if you receive a message like this!!

Thanks to a vigilant guest, who received this as a WhatsApp message and checked, it has been highlighted that a scam message referencing St Marks Stays has gone out. Not sure if it is connected to our platforms, but wanted to share this just incase it affects anyone else booked in with us.

We would never ask for a booking confirmation, or payment via WhatsApp. If you are ever unsure if it is us, please don't hesitate to ring us.

As the Autumn light changes, there are a few ways you could sneak in some more Vitamin D.

Take your coffee outside.
Take a mini stroll after lunch, or dinner.
Plan an outdoor activity and include your family and friends so you stick to it.
Parking further away means you at least walk in the daylight for a tiny bit longer than usual.

Does anyone have any tips for getting daylight on to your face as the seasons change?

We are heading to the Om Yoga Show at the end of the week, so hoping to get our website in to as many hands as possible there, which means people could start looking at what retreats are on offer.

If you need Joanne to change anything, email us on Tuesday 13th October ideally. We head off Thursday so won't be in the office from Thursday to Sunday. Back at the desk Monday morning.

B Dark Grey / Black
C A Bright Colour?

We often wonder if we should start switching the towels we provide to a slate grey, but do people still love a fluffy white towel when they are away?
