**Three Hares Update**

Firstly, thank you to everyone, we had no idea it would have such a positive response.

As promised, we said we’d give you an update as soon as we could…

Firstly, we’ll be opening on the 11th of June all being well. To begin with we’ll open Thursday, Friday & Saturday 8.30am till 4pm, but we hope to open more if the demand is there.

We will reopen in the recently refurbished Stables, at the back of the Black Bull. Some of you might have expected us to reopen in the same place, or in another property on the Main Street, but we need to test the waters. Again, if we have the demand we may consider another venue. However, we believe it is one of the nicest locations that the Three Hares could return to. Yes, it’s off the Main St, but it’s a beautiful space, with plenty of room and it’s perfectly safe for families and cyclists, away from the traffic. In the summer the whole building opens out, and The Meadow is just opposite too.

In terms of offerings, again we’ll keep it simple to begin and hope to build with demand. Good quality coffee, cakes, pastries, bread (still available at Powells too), sandwiches and more. Many of you have asked about evening meals, ready meals and many other products. Yes, we’d love to do them all but we will have to see how things go and develop. Remember we closed Three Hares because costs increased, sales slowed down and the hard work it took to open every day just didn’t work/ make sense!

Whatever we do, we’ll give it our best and develop the offerings, with sustainability in mind, but as quickly as we can. The venue might have changed, but the produce and ethos will be exactly the same as it ever was. You might even see some old faces returning to work with us.

We’ll keep you updated over the next few weeks and fingers crossed we’ll see you for our opening on the 11th of June, or as soon as you can after!
