Are you looking for a rewarding role that’s a bit different from the norm? We are looking for a special person to join our lovely team at Anna’s House and Magazine Wood—two upscale B&Bs located near the beautiful Norfolk coast near Hunstanton.

We pride ourselves on creating a memorable experience for every guest, and we’re looking for someone dedicated, enthusiastic, and responsible to help us maintain those high standards.

Why join us?
A Great Environment: Work within a supportive, friendly team in a stunning coastal location. Competitive Pay: £13.50 per hour (increasing to £14.50 from April). Perfect School/Lifestyle Hours: Typically 10:00am – 2:00pm. Flexibility: We offer weekend and some weekday shifts, but we’re flexible—you won't have to work every single weekend!

If you have a good sense of humour, take real pride in your work, and are 100% reliable, you’ll fit right in. We value people who can work on their own initiative and have a keen eye for detail.

Please Note: Because of our location, your own transport is essential. This role is ideal for someone living within a short commute of Hunstanton/Sedgeford.

Are you a reliable, motivated, and responsible individual who enjoys working independently? Magazine Wood B&B, a charming bed and breakfast located on the beautiful Norfolk coast near Hunstanton, is looking for a dedicated housekeeper to join our small team.
We offer a lovely working environment where you'll be able to take initiative and contribute to our guests' comfortable stay.
Here's what we're looking for:
* 3 days a week with potential for additional weekend shifts.
* Mainly 3-hour shifts, starting from 10:15 AM.
* £13.50 per hour.

We got to have a sneak peak of today and we were totally blown away by it. The Nest Farmhouse is nestled on a thousand-acre farm at the highest point, which is the thought behind the name. It will be a seasonal British Reatuarant from the team behind Nest and Michelin starred Restaurant St. Barts in London.

A short stroll from the restaurant is this most picturesque lake, where you will be able to enjoy drinks waterside in the summer months. There will also be a lounge, bar area and rooms.

Keep an eye on our socials as we will be revealing more information and sneak speaks of the most talked about new Norfolk venture.

Great Housekeeper Role

Magazine Wood is an upscale bed and breakfasts located close to the coast in Sedgeford near Hunstanton. We are seeking a really special person, dedicated, enthusiastic, responsible who can work on their own initiative to a very high standard. This is a different, fun and rewarding role but you will need a GSOH, 100% reliability with a sense of pride in your role of making every guests stay memorable.

We pay £12.50 weekdays and £13.50 Weekends per hour. The work day starts at 10.15am – 2.15pm approx. You will need to be available to work at weekends. The mother of all Easter egg hunts by 🥚

The White Horse have hidden 5️⃣0️⃣ golden eggs along the coastal path (Brancaster Staithe - Burnham Overy Staithe) ready for the morning of Good Friday. The eggs will never be too far away from the path, so make sure you don't go into people's gardens. 🪴

The prizes are what make the egg hunt so special, you could win a seafood platter, a night away in one of their beautiful and scenic rooms and much more.

The White Horse are offering buckets which you can collect from Reception to litter pick and once the bucket is full, you will be rewarded with a chocolate egg. We really love push on trying to clean up our beautiful coastline but also making it fun. Perfect for all the family. ♻️

Due to how fantastic this free event is by The White Horse and the large amount of traction it has got over the years, they will be limiting 2 eggs per group. If you find a third, please hide it again for someone else to find.

Lastly, but by no means least the will donate a chocolate egg to King's Lynn Hospital for every egg found. 🍫

Fish Hill, Holt captured by Eric's Fish & Chips 🎣

Eric's is one of our favourites spots. Our friends at Wild Luxury in Drove Orchards is neighbours to Eric's fish & chips and their pizza restaurant, so we know them very well (oops!).

Holt is open daily midday to 8.30pm and they do not accept bookings, so you can walk in and get a table or place an order. Alternatively, you can go online and pre-order.

We really recommend and . They are fantastic Norfolk businesses and we are looking forward to our next visit.
