St Mary's Loch, Saturday 19th September.
Get out, Connect & Breathe... See details below.

🩷🥾 HIKE & HEAL 🥾🩷

LET’S GET OUT INTO NATURE, CONNECT & BREATHE 🌿🥾💚

Sometimes we just need to get out of the house, breathe some fresh air and spend a bit of time with good people.
So, I've decided to start Hike & Heal — a relaxed, sociable hike designed to bring people together while enjoying the beautiful countryside around St Mary’s Loch and the surrounding area 🫶

📍 Starting from Glen Cafe and walking round St Mary's Loch (around 7 miles)
📅 Saturday 19th September
⏰ 10:00am
‼️ALL abilities welcome, no hills involved!

This isn’t about being the fastest, the fittest or reaching the biggest summit. It’s about getting outside, meeting new people, having a chat, enjoying nature and taking some time for yourself. ❤️

I am not a trained hiking leader, just a girl who finds peace being out in nature and connecting with like minded people so would love to have a group of us out there enjoying ourselves 😁

🐾 Dogs are very welcome, but owners must be responsible and keep their dogs under control. There is some road walking involved so leads are a MUST!!

Whether you come along on your own, with friends, or with your four-legged companion — you’re more than welcome 🫶

No pressure, no judgement, just fresh air, good company, clear minds and beautiful surroundings 😍

Come and join me for the first Hike & Heal. 💚
