A BRAND new multi-million pound entertainment complex has opened at a holiday park in West Sussex.

It saddens me to write this post however after the way we found one of our caravans yesterday and knowing just some of the behaviour that went on inside and outside I feel I have no option but to post.

Most of our guests are responsible and respectful and leave in reasonable order. To see a caravan that I can describe as nothing less than trashed disgusts me. In all my years of renting I have never ever seen anything like it! Please note we hold a deposit for a reason and that is taken if you breach our terms and conditions, you will be further invoiced if there is further issues that exceed our deposit fee. We will also have no hesitation in taking matters further via a small claims court or in this case referring to the police for criminal damage!! Evidence is taken after every departure and we will recoup losses anyway we have to!!!
We ensure the caravans are in clean good order for your arrival, be respectful and have the decency to leave in the same order. These vans are family holiday homes that they choose to hire out to you!

As many of our guests know, I return deposits quickly and normally within 24/48 hours of departure. Due to recent events in our caravans it is with regret we will now hold the deposit for 7-10 days after departure as per our terms and conditions. We apologise to our respectful guests for this change but the odd few ruin it for the rest ! We hope you understand our decision and if you respect and look after the property your hiring then there is no issue!!
