Serenity Villas is a wonderful brand-new complex close to the beach of Kolympia on the East Side of Rhodes Island. Each villa offers a magnificent private swimming pool and a picturesque and serene setting for a memorable holiday. Each villa conveniently accommodates up to 4 guests and promises a comfortable stay in Rhodes.
Villa Elia has two fully air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with showers and a comfy double sofa bed in the living room. There is also one bathroom with a shower next to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and next to the sitting area. The interior design is absolutely incredible with tasteful decorations. Guests will find flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Outdoors, there’s a magnificent private swimming pool and sitting areas to relax under the Aegean sun. Also, Tsampika Beach, which is considered to be the most beautiful sandy beach in Rhodes, is only 5 minutes away by car. One of the most charming locations in Rhodes, the Seven Springs forest is only 3km away. The area of Seven Springs and the nearby forests are suitable for hiking. The airport of Rhodes is found at a distance of only 30 minutes.

The interior of the living and sitting room is decorated with natural stone and wood. Furniture, lighting and decoration is of the highest standard and specially selected to create an atmosphere of intimacy and familiarity for moments of warmth and relaxation. There's an TV set with satellite, DVD player music system and air conditioners, the use of which are included in the price. The living room opens to the kitchen and an internal staircase leads to the bedrooms.
The fully equipped kitchen has all the electric appliances, including microwave, oven, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, a big fridge/ freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, grill/sandwich maker and blender.
The villa has two double bedrooms with double beds. There are fitted wardrobes in each bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with TV sets with satellite. Linen is changed twice a week. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and provide WiFi with internet access. Baby cot and high chair are available on request.
The villa has one bathroom with bathtub and a shower and one WC decorated in modern style. In addition, there is a playroom/ store room, semi underground, three steps lower than kitchen.
