Ightham Bed and Breakfast at Hope Farm Our accommodation is housed in a modern "barn style" building situated at Hope Farm, on Sandy Lane, Ightham Common.

Ightham and its surrounding countryside is a designated "Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty". The building is independent from the main house, separated by a gravel drive. The accommodation comprises of a downstairs with 2 double bedrooms, a large bathroom and large hall with cloakroom....Stairs up to a gabled room spanning the length of the building with huge sofa, TV, Fridge, large table and chairs. French doors accessing a secluded external decked area.
