This is a farewell message to all our lovely guests who have been to stay with us over the last thirty years.
The first twenty were at Austens Cottage, and then for the last ten next door at Stable Cottage.
We believe we can honestly say that we have enjoyed every minute acting as your hosts throughout that time.
However, we have now downsized and moved to Henley on Thames to join two of our five children and their families, and no longer have space to continue.
We will miss the buzz of greeting new guests and of welcoming returning old ones, but all good things must come to an end, and now is the time!
Should any of you like to keep in touch we would love to hear from you. We will keep our Stable Cottage email going for the foreseeable future in case that is so.
Meanwhile, a fond goodbye.
The future awaits!
