We love our doggie guests enjoying poolside life ( although we request they don’t actually swim in the pool !) - here is our veteran four legged holiday maker Pixie, on her staycation with us again , complete with her own dingy !
We think you’ll agree she looked pretty chilled out , and she enjoyed catching up with Nancy the Pug too!

Dorset Seafood festival at the Langhams wine estate- fabulous day despite battling torrential rain and wind! It didn’t stop us drinking the delicious local fizz and sampling the seafood dishes ( chips with a lobster sauce , wow it worked !)
A short drive out from the Lodge, it’s a great place for lunch, wine tasting and vineyard tours , although maybe when the weather is slightly better 🙀🥂

What a day to be between guests! Hottest day of the year and we get this place to ourselves 😜
Enjoying Brook Lodge with the pooches, food and fizz ; it’s been an incredible Summer for our visitors but occasionally it’s rather special to enjoy it ourselves!

It’s Shaftesbury Fringe festival this weekend - so much fun with the entire town joining in- pubs bursting at their seams, queues down Goldhill for the delicious ecco gelato, foods and drinks of every kind AND …. synchronised swimmers without water😂😂 - Fringe for sure 🤣🤣…..a fantastic weekend of activities , well done Shaftesbury 😍
