We have a couple of weeks unbooked in August still, so get in touch if you want to stay. Our recent guests were very happy and said "The house was the best holiday place we've stayed in the UK with high chairs, cots, toddler beds, toys, books and even a pram that could be borrowed. Little touches like night lights for the kids, beach toys and beach towels went above and beyond."

"We are so happy we picked Jo’s place.
It had everything we needed and Jo has been so helpful and kind from the beginning.
You can tell she cares about her guests and just wants you to have a lovely and stress free time.
The little gifts on arrival were such a nice touch!
Really great for anyone who loves a bath on holiday like me.
Water always hot when needed, everything worked as it should.
Perfect location, everything we needed was within walking distance.
And when we wanted to venture further the bus stops were close by.
We’d 100 percent recommend Jo’s place and yes the kitchen stairs were steep as others have mentioned but my confidence grew with them as you get used to them and you just need to be careful and use both rails."

"We had a fantastic stay here as a family of 6. Jo was a wonderful host! Always in contact, flexible and helpful! This place is perfectly kitted out for families with children. We used the pram, monitor, bed guard, travel cot and toys. It was so much easier having them there already instead of having to pack our own! The Wii was great fun to play with the bigger kids and the location was perfect for going to Shanklin seafront! I really couldn’t fault this place and would 100% recommend!"

Lovely review from a guest just now: "We really enjoyed our stay at 11 Spring Gardens. This was the BEST equipped vacation rental we have ever stayed in, ideal for our family including a 13-month old (toys, pram, feeding, bathing and changing accommodations). VERY CLEAN and delightfully decorated. Close to the ferry/train access, shops and grocers nearby."
