🌫️ A little touch of magic in Shanklin Old Village…

Wrapped in an autumn mist, the historic village looks like something straight out of a storybook. 🍂✨ With its famous thatched cottages, cosy pubs and charming independent shops, Shanklin Old Village is one of those places that never loses its character.

1,000 of you now follow the Fig Tree. Thank you. To mark it, here is what we have been planning.

Vectis Revealed: a two-night guided heritage weekend on the Island, 23 to 25 October. Walk 10,000 years of history with archaeologist Kelly Wetherick, stay two nights at the hotel, breakfast both mornings, all the walks and talks, and a ferry discount arranged for you.

There are only 15 places, and we confirm the weekend on 9 October, so book by then to hold yours.

Two nights, £400: https://links.jfdisecrets.com/payment-link/6a8c054ed6768df054447994
For two, £600: https://links.jfdisecrets.com/payment-link/6a8d8759d6768df054447d4b
Island day, walks and talks only, £195: https://links.jfdisecrets.com/payment-link/6a8c05edf9c8c807930b9afb

If you have ever wanted to see the Island the way an archaeologist does, this is the weekend.
