📍 20 hour contract with opportunity for additional hours
💷 Wages based on experience
📅 Evening and weekend work will be required

About the Role:
This is a hands-on role, so we’re looking for someone who’s happy to be an all rounder who is willing to jump in to support the team wherever needed and helping keep things running smoothly.

What we’re looking for:
✔ Someone who works well as part of a team
✔ Reliable and hardworking
✔ Great customer service skills
✔ Confident computer skills
✔ Willing to support other team members and get stuck in
✔ Positive attitude and good communication

Experience in a supervisory role is great, but not essential.
We are happy to train the right person if they show enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

POOL UPDATE

Due to recent guidance and operational changes, our pool opening hours at The Brunswick Hotel will now be:

10:00AM – 6:00PM

We know many of you love using the pool facilities during your stay and this wasn’t a decision made lightly. Running a hotel means constantly adapting, making responsible decisions, and ensuring everything we offer is operated safely and correctly for both guests and staff.

To those of you who continue to support us through every season thank you. Small independent hotels are facing more pressure than ever behind the scenes, and your loyalty genuinely means the world to us.

We’re looking for a Maintenance Man to join our team immediately.

📍 Location: The Brunswick Hotel, Shanklin
🕒 Hours: 9:00am – 3:00pm
📅 Schedule: 4 days per week + alternate weekends
⚡ Start: Immediate

What you’ll be doing:

* General maintenance and repairs
* Keeping the hotel safe, clean, and running smoothly
* Supporting the team with day-to-day upkeep

We’re looking for someone who:

* Is practical and proactive
* Can work independently
* Takes pride in high standards
