Parking for 2 cars Wheel chair friendly Pembroke Villa offers 4 bedrooms, 3 double bedrooms upstairs one with en-suite shower and a family bathroom and a ground floor twin bedroom and wet room on the ground floor. The comfortable lounge has ample seating for up to 8 people as well as the well equipped kitchen and

dining room. There is a door from the lounge as well as the kitchen leading to the garden and patio area with outdoor seating. The property also benefits from having parking to the front for 2 cars. Shanklin town is within a couple of minutes walk from the property with a variety of shops, supermarkets, chemist’s pubs and restaurants. Shanklin Old Village with traditional thatched cottages, pubs, restaurants and various gift shops is also within walking distance as is the sandy beach. This property is ideally situated for a beach side holiday and to explore all the Isle of Wight has to offer. Please note due to the netted pond children must be supervised at all times whilst in the garden.
