It seems that madam has not posted for a long time, so I have chased her to start posting again. We have had some really lovely guests in so far and we have been taken on to the dance floor which we really love. The poor old roof suffered during the rainy spells but has been repaired and is now okay. All my wonderful staff are back for this year so we are all delighted. There is such
a family atmosphere in the hotel when we are all back.
Us bears are some what concerned about the boss, as you know we were hosta mad (she still is) but now there is a new craze. Wait for it we are turning the outside into a veritable orchard. Can we buy 1 fruit tree? no not her. There are now 7 fruit trees outside. Has anybody any suggestions what we can do with this mad woman.
We will be walking through a fruit jungle then expected to pick all the fruit. I'm not making jam, it will ruin my fur and good looks stuck over a hot pan for hours.
Shall try to post next week will the children are here.

Hello to one and all. It's been a strange year for everybody and rising costs have made a worry for some and life utterabley miserable for others. Our hear goes out to all during this time of year.
The summer was exceptionable with long spells of very hot dry weather and now winter seems to have set in with the same determination as summer did. We have missed the snow most of you have had thank goodness, it is bitter cold but bright.
The hotel is not open for the festive season as the staff asked for another Christmas home with their families. We hope to be open for 2023 though, as we miss our guests.
