Seagull View Holiday Apartment Our Spacious Napier Holiday Apartment offers the perfect location for your summer holiday. The beds are made-up for your arrival, but we do not supply towels.

Situated on the Esplanade in Shanklin with fantastic views across to Sandown on the left and Luccombe on the right – plus there is our beautiful award winning beach stretching out in front of you. Our Apartment is on the ground floor with its own private patio and offers spectacular views of Culver Cliff and Sandown Bay. We are literally a stone’s throw from the beach (although stone-throwing is s

omething we don’t recommend!) and Shanklin boasts it has one of the best sunshine records on the South Coast. The Seagull View Apartment

The apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 people; children under 3 years of age cannot be accommodated as regulated by our insurance cover. The kitchen comprises a full size electric cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery which are all contained with-in the stylishly-built units, along with an iron and counter-top ironing board. Separated from the kitchen by a prep counter we have a plush 2 and 3 seater sofa in the living area along with a separate dining table and chairs for your meals. We do have a rather large TV with Freeview and a cosy fireplace with an electric working wood burning effect stove, but that’s just for show as I am sure you won’t need it during the hot summer months! The bathroom has a corner bath with an electric shower, sink, heated towel rail and a full size toilet! You also have a private patio, equipped with your own patio table, chairs and parasol, where you can eat, drink and be merry. Spend hot sunny days or balmy summer nights sitting on your patio lazily watching the world go by after eating here or dining out at one of many fantastic eateries – some I can recommend really close by, others further inland. The bedrooms consist of a double room and a twin bedded room; both have a wardrobe, dressing table and bedside cabinet(s) with touch lighting lamps. We can also offer WiFi for those who either feel the need that they “just have to check up on” work or for those that can’t go without Facebook™! There is an allocated parking space for one car at the back of the Apartment.
