Discover the thrill of Hovertravel’s unique journey: the world’s only scheduled year-round passenger hovercraft service, operating since 1965. Skim across the Solent on a cushion of air, just above the waves, for the roughly 10-minute crossing between Southsea and Ryde. From Ryde, the island is yours to explore.
