During the 18 months of the Covid pandemic, Freemasons have donated millions of pounds to support people in need. We donated many tonnes of food, tablets for hospitals, that’s the electronic type, ambulances, and PPE, as well as supporting carers, women’s refuges, care homes, hospitals, hospices, and funds for NHS workers. In 2020, the total charitable donations by Freemasons topped a staggering £51 million

In addition, we have also worked 1.8 million hours as volunteers in a range of different areas, including driving vulnerable people to hospital, preparing meals, taking care of people at risk, organising care packages, as well as producing scrubs, PPE, and hand sanitiser. Most of this has been supported and co-ordinated by the Masonic Charitable Foundation

In memory of our Brother Roger.

De Shurland Lodge was one of the contributors to this nice donation to Lupus UK in memory of Roger.

I am writing to inform you we have received a letter from William Whitney, Funeral Directors, enclosing a cheque amounting to £526 in memory of your husband Roger.
