⚽️💙 A VERY SPECIAL DAY AT YE OLDE MUSTARD POT 💙⚽️

We had the absolute pleasure of welcoming a fantastic large group for dinner today, and amongst our guests was Sheffield Wednesday’s new owner, David Storch. 🔵⚪️

It made the occasion even more special for some of our team, who are lifelong Wednesday fans, to have the pleasure of cooking for David and serving him during his visit. 🍽️

David was also incredibly kind and took the time to allow our staff to have a few photos with him — something we know they’ll remember for a very long time! 📸⚽️

It was a real privilege to welcome David and the whole group to our little pub, and we hope everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food, drinks and Mustard Pot hospitality. 💚

A huge thank you for choosing Ye Olde Mustard Pot. We loved having you all and hope to welcome you back again soon!

🐾🐴 WE LOVE ALL CREATURES GREAT & SMALL… BUT PLEASE MIND THE POO! 💩😂

Here at Ye Olde Mustard Pot, we’re proud to welcome all animals — dogs, horses and four-legged friends of all shapes and sizes! ❤️

However, we do have one little request…

If your furry (or rather large!) friend needs to do their business, please be mindful of where they do it — and kindly clean up after them where possible.

Unfortunately, we’ve recently had horse poo left in one of our disabled parking spaces. 🐴💩

While we can have a little giggle about the culprit, the consequences aren’t quite so funny. Someone using that space may have limited mobility and could quite literally step straight into it when getting out of their car, or struggle to manoeuvre a wheelchair or mobility aid around it.

And if your animal does have an accident and you don’t have anything with you to clear it up — please just let us know! ❤️

We completely understand that these things happen, and we’d much rather you pop your head in and tell a member of the team so we can deal with it, rather than it being left for someone to step in and then traipse it through the pub! 😳💩👣

So please help us keep our car park clean, accessible and safe for everyone.
