An Ode to the British Weather 😂😂😂

Our Family Fun Day is TOMORROW 🎉🎉🎉

And we don’t want to jinx anything but the weather forecast doesn’t look TOO bad at the moment 😂😂🤞🏼🤞🏼 However… let’s all pray to the weather gods for a dry day please 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Many of you who know us here at The Norfolk Arms, Ringinglow know that a little rain has never stopped us before, so just like our poem says…. THE FUN WILL GO ON 🎉🎉🎉

This event is FREE ENTRY to all!

From our Spicy Chicken Burger 🌶️ to the Chilli Cheese Burger, BBQ Pulled Pork, Breakfast Burger, Black & Blue and our seriously indulgent Chicken Parmo… there’s a burger for everyone 👀🍔

Good morning all,

We’ve got a private function taking place at The Norfolk Arms, Ringinglow today Saturday 8th August, so the Orangery, Mayfield room and main garden will be closed to the public for the day.

But don’t worry… the pub area is still open as normal! 🍻🎉
You can still pop in for a drink, enjoy some food, and sit outside at the front of the pub if you fancy making the most of the sunshine. ☀️🍽️

Our garden will be back open as normal tomorrow, so we’ll see you then!

Just a reminder that today we shall be closed from 10am… 😭

We shall try and keep you in the loop what time we can reopen later however, we shall be open as normal tomorrow Thursday 30th July 🎉

Due to essential electrical works we shall be CLOSED this Wednesday 29th July from 10am.

We shall be serving breakfast as normal from 7am ‘till 9am.

And then sadly, the kitchen will be closed all day 😞

We shall try and get the bar back open for the evening, however, we don’t know what time this will be from until the electricians start the job in the morning but we shall keep you all as up to date as possible.

We're looking for two enthusiastic Part-Time Chefs to join our busy kitchen team.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy cooking with fresh ingredients and take pride in producing quality food, we'd love to hear from you.

The Norfolk Arms, Ringinglow is much more than a pub. We are a family owned and run venue on the edge of the Peak District. Alongside our busy restaurant service, we're a popular hotel and events venue, catering for weddings, funerals, celebrations, corporate events and private functions throughout the year. No two days are the same, making this an exciting and varied role.

What we're looking for:
* Previous experience working in a busy fresh food kitchen.
* Confident grill experience is essential.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards.
* A positive attitude and excellent team player.
* Reliable, hardworking and passionate about producing great food.

The role:
* Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality food across our restaurant and event menus.
* Working as part of a friendly, experienced kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
* Part-time hours with the opportunity for full-time hours for the right candidates.
* Weekend and holiday working is essential.
* * We operate 365 days a year, so flexibility is required.
