We’ve got so much to celebrate!

💫 FOH Team of the Year – up for a public vote.
💫 One To Watch: Ollie – also up for a public vote.
💫 KP of the Year: Janet – judged award.

And the excitement doesn’t stop there…

Luke from The Ladybower Inn has also nominated for One To Watch while Tom heads to the Sheffield Business Awards tomorrow night...
And watch this space with Jon at The Gold Service Scholarship Awards
(I mean we just couldn't make it up!)

We couldn’t be prouder of the incredible people behind both venues.
These nominations are a wonderful recognition of the dedication, talent and teamwork that go into what we do every single day. ❤️

Sheffield Business Awards... it’s nearly time… ✨

When we first shared that we’d been shortlisted, it was such a proud moment. Now, with the awards just one week away, it's really starting to sink in!

Next Thursday, we’ll be heading to the SBA 2026 as finalists in TWO categories:

🏆 Start-Up Organisation of the Year – The Psalter
🏆 High-Impact Leader of the Year – Tom Lawson

We’re incredibly proud to see The Psalter and Tom recognised alongside so many brilliant Sheffield businesses and leaders.

One week to go!

In this video, Tom shares a little news that means a great deal to all of us at The Psalter.

We’re incredibly proud to have been awarded 4 AA Gold Stars for our rooms and 2 AA Rosettes for Tom Lawson at The Psalter.

But beyond the stars and rosettes, what matters most is the team behind them. The people who show up every day, who care about the little things, and who want every guest to feel genuinely welcome, well looked after and eager to return.
To our wonderful team, our guests, and everyone who has supported us along the way — thank you. These awards belong to all of you, too.

We’re proud of what we’re building, grateful for how far we’ve come, and excited for everything still to come.

From all of us at The Psalter, with heartfelt thanks. 🥂

From bread to pasta, it’s the details that make dining at The Psalter feel different.
Our tortellini is shaped by hand and made in-house, with the same care and attention that goes into our freshly baked bread. It’s another glimpse behind the scenes at the craft, time and passion that goes into every plate we serve.

Made here. Shaped by hand. Served with pride.

A Psalter favourite, and for good reason.

Our PFC, Psalter Fried Chicken - is crisp, golden and packed with flavour. One of the most popular dishes on our bar menu, and a firm favourite with our guests.

Simple, indulgent and always worth ordering.
