Do you want AEROBICS classes to continue in Clifton?

If the answer is YES then I need you to get yourself down to the Community Centre on Mondays and Thursdays at 7.30pm.

If numbers don't increase I will be forced to CLOSE my AEROBICS classes which I have been running for over 20 years!

Help me to keep these classes going for our village.

Remember :-

* They are very good value at £5 for adults and £3 for teens.
* I take cash and CARD
* no booking … just turn up
* It's 45 minutes of LOW impact exercise which won't hurt your knees - high option available
* We improve our flexibility, strengthen muscles and bones, burn calories, release happy hormones and have fun!
