We’re opening our doors for a special Open Day in September — a chance to explore the farmhouse, wander through the gardens, and take a proper look around our stunning farmhouse and barns… without needing to book a stay.

Whether you’ve always been curious about Polehanger, are planning a future visit, or simply fancy a beautiful visit in the countryside, we’d love to welcome you.

Have you got your tickets for our Paint and Sip events at the Farmhouse? A lovely afternoon or evening painting a beautiful picture in our barns, with tuition from the very talented Jess.

Two events coming up:

Sunday 28 June, 2pm - 430pm. "Happy Hopper" Includes tea and cake.

Thursday 9 July 630pm - 9pm. "Sunflower Soiree". Includes soft drinks and snacks.

Supper Club at the Barns at Polehanger is back!

4 June 2026. Grab your friends and family and enjoy an evening of delicious social dining with a three course meal cooked by Gourmand Pierre in our beautiful open barns.

£70 per person. Price includes a welcome drink then it's bring your own!

Early bird tickets of £65 per person for bookings taken before 14 April.

Meet Barley! 🐶

In case we haven’t mentioned it – our family of four became five last year with the arrival of our Labrador puppy, Barley!

He joins us at the farmhouse most Wednesdays to get him used to the surroundings, as he will be joining us each week at work soon. He loves relaxing near the warm aga in the farmhouse kitchen and enjoys the footpaths across the fields on a lunchtime walk.

Having Barley at work helps us to ensure our dog-friendly accommodation is suitable for dogs.

We look forward to welcoming more of your furry friends at the Farmhouse at Polehanger.
