Chalk Stream trout rolled in nori and lightly poached, cucumber and jalapeño essence, yoghurt and Granny Smith Apple.

Very fresh, very light, very delicious! Well done Ben, keep them coming chef!

Safe to say, we had a lot of fun putting it to the test, and the pizzas 😍 Delicious!!
