Tree Top View Sheringham Upside down self-catering detached house sleeps 4, pet free with EV charge and views, in a traditional seaside town of Sheringham, Norfolk.

This Reverse living self catering detached house was newly built 2016. The two bedrooms, shower, WC & basin downstairs with upstairs comprising of two rooms, a large luxury bath, WC & Basin and a lounge/Dinning/Kitchen area with a wood burner & by fold doors opening up to a Juliet balcony. Tree top views an be seen from 5 of the 6 windows in the property. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and bedroom

2 can either be a super king size (zip and link) or two single beds. A travel cot/highchair and other items available upon request. It has been built with PV panels that do both the electric and the hot water system, Under floor heating upstairs and down, Rain Water Harvesting that does the toilets and outside tap and a heat recovery system the bring fresh air in without opening the windows. The property is detached with a small grassed seating area out of the front of which the property sits down a private road with houses on one side leaving you to enjoy views onto Beeston and Sheringham Common on the other. You can see muntjac deer, pheasant, squirrels etc from within and outside the property. As well as being able to walk for miles without stepping foot onto tarmac, having Pretty Corner Tea Rooms to call in upon (when open) you can also be in the town itself within 10 mins or the beach. For those of you that don't wish to walk we have a bus stop that runs along the coast and to nearby villages and Norwich only 2 mins walk to the end of the road. Sheringham also boasts a main line train network run by Great Abillo and a tourisum steam train line taking you to Kelling Heath, Weybourne and Holt. The National trust properties on the doorstep include Sheringham Park and Felbrigg Hall as well as Blickling Hall a short drive away.
