This Friday would have been our Christmas meeting when we raised funds for charity we normally raise about £300 for the Salvation Army it is normally fantastic night normally about 90 people fantastic meal a lot of help from other members from other lodges it will be a big miss this year but we will make up for it next year hopefully we'll put this all behind us we still managed to raise £200 pound for the Salvation Army even though we are closed they are really struggling at the moment and they do a fantastic job if anybody wants to donate anything please get in touch with me Jeff Bell

Hi just to let the members know. I spoke to Phil mods wife on Sunday she said he was getting a bit better I'm sorry to have to tell the members Phil was taken into hospital on Monday night and he's in intensive care he is on oxygen but not on a ventilator she said he's holding his own she let me know at tea time today how he is doing and I will let you all know Jeff my thoughts are with him and I know all of yous will be the same
