The view, outdoor spaces, photography, reviews and overall presentation all influence how well it performs.

Happy Work Anniversary to me! 🎉How has that happened?!

Five years with Cottages.com, and what a journey it’s been. I’ve learned so much, met some brilliant people and really loved working with lots of fantastic holiday let owners, not to mention seeing some amazing properties along the way.

Like any job, there have been challenges, but I still genuinely enjoy helping owners see the potential in their properties and getting them ready to welcome guests. No two days, or properties are ever the same, which is probably why the past five years have gone so quickly!

A big thank you to everyone who has supported me, answered my endless questions and given me loads of laughs along the way.

Here’s to plenty more miles on the road visiting properties! 🏡🥂

We’ve had an excellent few days at The Royal Welsh Show!
It’s been great to catch up with some existing owners, and meet some potential new ones, hoping to market their with us.

It’s definitely been a hot 🥵 one this year, but we’ve all enjoyed it!

Visited this beautiful property yesterday, the 35 year old wisteria framing the house was so special!

I got that sense of how a guest would feel arriving here, calm, excited and able to relax and unwind.
Getting those first impressions right is one of the most important parts of creating a successful holiday let business.
