Thank you to all of our amazing guests who have been to stay in our lovely new Shepherds Hut The Pond since we opened her up last month! We’ve been blown away with how busy it’s been and we are so pleased everyone has had a wonderful time and loves the tranquil spot as much as we do!

💚Introducing The Pond - Our beautiful new Shepherds Hut! 💚

The Pond is wonderfully secluded and is the ideal place to get away from all the stresses of modern day life.

The Pond has sole occupancy of the pond and surrounding field with no one overlooking you, and no neighbours (apart from horses grazing and the odd sheep v at certain times of year!). Have your morning cup of tea listening to bird song and watching the wildlife on the pond. In the evening you can enjoy a glass of fizz whilst soaking in our Kirami wood-fired hot tub or around the Kadai fire pit. The Pond is the perfect place to hang out in the summer or cosy up in the winter with the log burner roaring. The Pond is kitted out with everything you need and furnished and finished to an impeccable standard.

From the shepherd’s hut you will have access straight from the door through the farm to the beautiful Shropshire countryside via a network of footpaths. As well as many local walks straight from the door The Pond is also a great springboard from which to explore the wider area including the Shropshire Hills and historic Shrewsbury which is only a 10-15 minute drive away.

Located in the tiny hamlet of Yeaton The Pond is only a 1.5 mile walk from the village of Baschurch which has a fantastic foodie pub, several takeaways, farm shop and cafe as well as a well-stocked village shop and Post Office.

Our bespoke off-grid shepherd’s hut is kitted out like a small but perfectly formed boutique hotel room, sleeping 2 people with a king sized bed, White Company bedding and handmade cushions and furnishings - all you need for a good night’s sleep.

The Fold is wonderfully secluded in a field that lies alongside the meandering river Perry, on a grassy meadow we know as “The Flash”. With views over the river and the fields beyond this is the ideal place to get away from all the stresses of modern day life with an off-grid experience whilst maintaining a little bit of luxury in our self-built, one-of-a-kind shepherd’s hut.
