Wake up next to the fabulous Donkey Sanctuary over looking the sea in our lovely 1 bed cottage. Sleeps 4 comfortably with I bedroom with 2 singles and a full size pull down double bed in the living room.
Other comforts in the cottage include a fully equipped kitchen featuring microwave, fridge, stove. There is also a washing machine. The living room hosts a 32inch TV along with DVD player, free view channels and selections of dvds and various games. Electricity is metered and the metre takes £1 and £2 coins.

As it is a rural location we dont have Wi-Fi reception in the cottage. however an excellent service is available at the Donkey Sanctuary right next door.
Well behaved Pets by exception. Our cottage is small and only suitable for 1 pet at £10 per night, payable on arrival. Please contact to discuss.
Situated on the headlands overlooking the regency town of Sidmouth, Seagull Cottage is nestled amongst ancient hedgerows on the Stoneleigh Holiday park. The park Is spacious and our cottage is not overlooked. But from this wonderful vantage point you can enjoy the peaceful countryside, or head into town for some vibrant restaurants and bars. Local produce abounds and you will not be disappointed if you enjoy good fresh food! The park has an abundance of open space for playing, picnicking or just relaxing.
If you are a seafood lover, you will be spoilt for choice with fresh catch of the day. Buy it direct from the fisherman in Sidmouth town and come back to barbecue it in your garden.
Famous for cream teas, you will find an abundance of traditional and contemporary amongst the many eateries, as well as fabulous ice creameries.
If you prefer a little tipple, there are a number of fine cider makers offering tours and tastings and some fine local wineries offering the best the region has to offer. Or try one of the local farm shops for farm fresh meat and veg.
Branscombe is 2miles away with its wonderful pebble beach, fabulous traditional pubs and it's famous crab! Be sure to try the Branscombe crab sandwich at the Mason's Arms!
The ancient fishing town of Beer is also close, as is Seaton. A little further along the coast is the lovely town of Lyme Regis with it's many points of interest.
We also have The Pig In Combe nearby which offers exceptional foodie heaven - a real treat!
Exeter is a half hour drive away with its wonderful cathedral and ''big town" amenities.
If you are a nature lover you will find plenty of wonderful walks along the Jurassic Coast, and Dartmoor and Exmoor are close by.
Regardless of what you are looking for you will find everything and more in this wonderful gem of a holiday destination.
