Justin was one of the first graduates of our BREND Apprentice Programme, graduating with Distinction. Since then, he has progressed to Senior Chef de Partie, and weโ€™re incredibly proud to now celebrate his promotion to Junior Sous Chef! ๐Ÿ‘โœจ
