LAMBING…….IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We are very excited to be lambing at the moment. With our first twins born this morning.

Over the weekend you are very welcome to have a look at the lambs but please remember that some of our mums are first time mothers and are very nervous and easily frightened.

Please help us keep on mum’s and lamb safe by :
Not entering the holding pen area.
Speaking quietly around the lambing pen.
Moving slowly and calmly
Please don’t run towards the pen, this can really frighten the mum’s
Give the mum’s plenty of space and avoid sudden movements

A frightened ewe can panic and may accidentally injure the lambs or herself so your cooperation is really important especially over this busy bank holiday .

Thank you for helping us give our new mums and their babies a peaceful start to life.
