👍At Seabreeze Cottage, there is something to keep everyone happy, from our lounge with smart tv, comfy sofa and stunning views over the green, to our pool table, for fun-filled competitions.

🫶The open plan kitchen is spacious enough for any family get-together, and when the patio doors are opened, the party can move to the garden and enjoy our stone barbecue.

🐶Dogs are welcome too, so bring along the furry ones and let them explore the dog friendly beach and town, which is only a few minutes walk away.

🧑‍🍳 The Kitchen at Seabreeze...

👍The open plan kitchen at Seabreeze means that, whilst you are cooking up a storm in the kitchen, you can still keep an eye on the furry ones or be within chatting distance of family and friends.

🧺Complete with an oven, hob, microwave, washer and dryer, you have everything you need for your stay.

🍽️From pots and pans, utensils and crockery, and even extras such as a steamer and air fryer.

🥂Get everyone seated at the dining table and enjoy a family meal with great conversation and laughter.

🍰With our large fridge/freezer and cupboards, you have plenty of room to store all your grocery supplies.

🍔If you need a highchair during your stay, just let us know and our barbecue equipment is stored under the bench by the patio doors.

🌞The great thing about this kitchen is the huge window looking out onto the back garden, so you can watch the family having fun, and the patio doors, where you can open the door and take the party outside.

🙋‍♀️Hello June...

We have a busy month at Seabreeze, with back to back bookings.

We have 6 bookings : 2 newbies and 4 returning.

There will be 20 guests and 17 dogs staying this month and we hope they all have a wonderful holiday.

The end of this month sees the start of the Scottish school holidays so the fun times will begin and the World Cup starts too!!

We may be full this year for June but we still have one weekend left next year, so if these are the dates for you then just let us know by commenting below.

The Fairydust Emporium Silloth
Your holiday in Silloth isn't complete without a visit to Fairydust to try their famous hot chocolate. Feeling brave? Order a large and see if you can finish it 🥰

Jaybee Blake
Pop into the shop that sells everything for some well loved chocolate bars that you haven't seen in years. Grab a selection and then enjoy a movie night with the perfect treats.

Berry’s Bakery
The bakery in Silloth always has a great choice of chocolate treats. We love the chocolate tray bake cake with sprinkles on top but pop in and see what they have on offer.

Winters.
This is no ordinary post office, this is a Silloth post office, so find a booth, choose a treat and relax.

Cumberland Inn.
Take a walk to our local and indulge in one of their yummy desserts. Try their chocolate sponge and custard for the ultimate treat.

The chocolates treats don’t just stop in Silloth. Venture further out to the Harbourside cafe in Maryport or the Near Boot Inn at Carlisle for more!!!

🐶 We are often asked if the garden at Seabreeze is suitable for doggos...and the answer is YES!!!

Fully enclosed with wall, fence and latched gates, a hose for sandy paws, no flowers to eat or soil to dig, just a grassed area for playtime and a patio for snoozes.

🥰And so it begins....

Back in July 2023, we began work on Seabreeze and it's hard to believe that this is how the cottage began.

This first tour of the cottage shows just how bad things were, with missing windows, hollow ceilings, piles of rubble and not even a door that could be opened and closed 🤣

Now, the cottage is unrecognisable from the wreck it started as and we have a perfect holiday home filled with guests, fun and laughter.

We send a huge thank you to everyone who has watched our journey and booked a stay with us, supported us and cheered us on.

What do you do first when you arrive on holiday?

Do you rush in and explore every room excitedly, before you even think of bringing in the luggage, or are you more methodical and bring in the contents of the car before taking a look around?

Do you head straight for the kettle, needing a cuppa before you are ready to relax or do you have little ones and furry ones to entertain whilst everyone else does the exploring?

At Seabreeze, we know how stressful arriving on holiday can be, not to mention the packing before you leave and the car journey you've had to take.

So we try to make it as stress-free as possible by sending out lots of info before your stay so you are prepared, providing everything you will need when you arrive and for being at the end of the phone if you need anything.

🥳 WE DON'T CHARGE EXTRA FOR FURRY ONES!!!

At Seabreeze, the dogs are as much a part of the family as the humans, so why would we charge extra for them?

Whether big or small, hairy or bald, lazy or active, they are all welcome and there won't be a charge.

We welcome up to 6 without questions, if you have more, just ask and let's see if Seabreeze is perfect for your furry pack.

We won't ask the size, age or breed of your furry one because we don't care, we care about your furry one having the most amazing holiday by the sea.

Don't forget that the garden is fully enclosed, we have a welcome basket waiting for your furry one, plus a box of toys, beds, bowls and even ID tags.

They can explore every room and snooze where they choose, and we have lots of blankets in case they love a nap on the sofa or beds.

Only moments from the cottage is the town green, perfect for walks and games of fetch, plus the beach is only a 10 minute walk away and it's dog friendly all year round and so quiet that you will be alone most of the time.

So spread the word that Seabreeze is super dog friendly and bring your furry ones on a perfect family holiday.

🥳 Happy Bank Holiday Everyone...

Finally we have a Bank Holiday with some sun, so get out there and have fun.

In Silloth, the Silloth Amusement Arcade is open, with rides, ice cream and the best doughnuts EVER!!!

The splash pad is open for the little ones, alongside the pirate ship play area and fairy trail.

Pop into The Fairydust Emporium Silloth for lunch and then enjoy the event on the green with music and stalls.

This sunny evening is perfect for a sunset picnic on the beach or fish and chips by the seafront.

WOW!!! This week is still available next year at Seabreeze Cottage for up to 6 guests and their furry ones, so don't miss out, send us a message and get your stay booked, or just comment 'me' below and we will send over all the info you need.

It's a sad day today over at Seabreeze Cottage, as we say goodbye to our most regular guests.

This was Sue and Howard's 7th stay, with another 5 booked!!

We send them both a great big thank you for supporting us every step of the way and for being perfect guests, and we send great big cuddles to Charlie, Daisy and Tilly too.

We can't wait to have them back in September this year for another stay.

It's not all sad today, as we welcome back Steve and his family to Seabreeze who are regular guests at both Seabreeze and Seagreen.

They are going to have a great stay, with sunny weather forecast and the event on the green to celebrate Bank Holiday.
