We have 3 beautiful holiday homes all next to each other in the beautiful coastal town of Silloth in the Western Lake District Cumbria. 40 min drive to Keswick & the Lake District National Park, Carlisle and Cockermouth. Walking distance to Silloth on Solway Golf Course and lovely coastal walks.

In a idilic charming coastal location of Silloth, Nestling on the shores of the Solway Firth, facing the hills of Dumfries & Galloway and backed by the Lake District Fells, noted for its invigorating but mild climate: its leisurely peaceful atmosphere and perhaps, most of all, its glorious sea views and sunsets.

The largest sleeps 6 plus 2 dogs, the former police station next door sleeps 3 plus 2 small dogs and the bungalow at the back sleeping 4 and 2 dogs , both fully enclosed gardens and there is off road parking.

Having a lovely lunch Silloth on Solway Golf Club whilst my son plays golf and just a 10 minute walk from The Old Court House Silloth ideal for groups of golfers sleeping 6,4 & 3 rented together or separately

So my score for the Guards Quarters Bungalow has been brought right down in scores because Booking . Com and Cottages . Com systems double booked last year ..:so the poor guest who booked via booking . Com was not able to come and stay due to their error , thank goodness she called me before she made the trip and I then got on the phone to cottages . Com who did not want to give her the money back BTW to tell them about it and to refund her money ... the lady was so upset ... she found something else ... but wants really disappointing is that she scored me 1 ... she said I was so helpful and that this was aimed at booking . com but it's only impacting me ..worse still booking . Com and cottages . Com say they can't take it down !!!!!
