🦆🦅Had time today to check out the new bird hide on the coastal path between Anderby & Wolla Bank beaches. It’s really impressive and has a gorgeous view over Anderby Marsh and the reed beds. On a windy day like today it was also particularly warm and cosy!!

I don’t know much about birds but am learning thanks to a bird identification app I’ve downloaded… today heard a sedge warbler, reed warbler and Cuckoo (didn’t need the app for that one 🤣) and saw lapwings and a Marsh Harrier!

You can access the wetlands from Creekside by taking the footpath next to the goat field and heading to Wolla Bank beach or by taking the public footpath before the bridge that leads to Anderby Creek. 🦆

Back open for breakfast this weekend (13/14 June)😁 ☕️🥓

Jolly Roger Fish & Chips will be on site as usual on Friday evening (see board onsite for times)

A few menu changes from last year to hopefully mean we can give a speedy service even at super busy times. Lots of favourites remain…

⛺️A Summer Refresh at Creekside Kitchen ⛺️

We’re taking a short break from Creekside Kitchen for a couple of weeks while we refresh our menus and make plans for the rest of the summer. 🥐

Michelle is stepping back from running the kitchen due to other commitments & we’d like to say a huge thank you for all her hard work, enthusiasm and food this season 🥰

Katherine & Richard will be taking things back on and are busy working on some exciting new menu ideas.

🍕 Our popular Pizza Nights will be staying so you can still look forward to those throughout the summer!

🌶️ We’re hoping Michelle will return to Creekside for some of her much-loved pop-up curry nights, so keep an eye out for those too.

🎉 We’ll be relaunching on Saturday 20th June, with breakfast & our first Pizza Night of the summer season, and we can’t wait to welcome you back. 🎉

Being a campsite ourselves we don’t normally promote other camping events but this looks awesome and is a bargain at £20 for a weekend of entertainment and fun. Camping available at the festival for all types of units (additional charge) or stay at Creekside and make the 10 minute drive to the festival site.

Last year the music was fantastic and this year is set to be even better.

The guys from Bar and Away - Mobile Bars put a massive effort into every event they do and it’s set to be an awesome weekend!
