Our caravan is a modern six berth, three bedroom ABI model, situated on a quiet and friendly site at Butlins of Ingoldmells. The Van is Gas cental Heating with double glazing windows and is very comfortable and sp

acious. There is a colour TV and freeview dvd and a selection of dvds plus a console for the children. A full range of appliances are supplied including a fitted cooker with a full oven and grill, a microwave oven, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner, and plenty of cooking utensils; pots and pans etc. We hope you can find everything you need. The Butlins Caravan Site is ideal for those looking for a relaxing holiday in ingoldmells. It is a very peaceful site situated just a few minutes from Butlins beach walk from the beach into Butlins and all the local amenities, which include an excellent variety of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants and rides to suit all the family's taste. There are also bouncy castles, amusement arcades and more. You can just relax in the peaceful surroundings of the caravan site, spend the day on the sandy beaches, or explore the local attractions. For a perfect ending to a hot summer’s day, a leisurely evening stroll along the beach-hugging promenade is highly recommended. If you want more fun just outside there is Fantasy Island then just a short ten minute walk will get you there. Here you will also find the famous seven day open market, North Shore Golf course, Hardy’s Animal Farm, and many more attractions. For those who do not have their own transport or who prefer to leave their car, there is a regular bus service that will take you into the surrounding towns and villages. Designated an area of outstanding beauty you can discover a variety of natural landscapes including the wolds, downlands, woodlands, moorlands and heaths, rivers and streams, estuaries and marshes, and not forgetting the coast. The bus also takes you into the centre of Skegness with its beautiful sandy beaches and where will find plenty of holiday attractions for all the family including the Sea Life Centre and the Parrot Sanctuary.Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Holiday Caravan Booking Conditions

A completed booking form and non-refundable deposit of £50 per week booked must be received within 7 days of the telephone reservation. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival – if not received we reserve the right to re-let. Where this does not happen you are responsible for the full cost of the week(s) booked. Cancellation will only be accepted by phone or letter. You are reminded that at 8 weeks prior to arrival you are responsible for the full balance due regardless of your reason for cancellation. Details of all persons occupying the unit must be given on the booking form and no alterations are allowed without written notification. Accommodation is available from 1.00pm on the day of arrival. Please arrive before 4.00pm. The unit must be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure. Accommodation should be left in the same clean and tidy condition that it is found on arrival. All breakages must be notified and paid for before departure. A cleaning/security deposit of £50 is required within the balance. This will be refunded, where applicable, (see condition below) within 14 days of the end of your stay. Accommodation should be left in the same clean and tidy condition that is found on arrival. The management reserve the right to enter the caravan at any time during your stay should there be any cause for concern.. Don’t forget - you can now take your children out of school, outside the main school holiday period for two weeks with permission. After we receive your deposit payment, we will post or email you a receipt for your deposit plus a booking form. When we have received your final payment we will either post or email your receipt plus any relevant paperwork on how to get your keys and Butlins passes. Please contact us for a low price quote and book early to avoid disappointment. And please be aware if you leave before your holiday home before your departure you will not get a full refund.
