Our Story

The Mayfair Hotel is a friendly family-run hotel with a relaxed and informal atmosphere. The Hotel is situated in a quiet residential area but only a few minutes walk away from the sea front, town centre, bus and train stations. We pride ourselves on providing an excellent service and good value for money. We are situated in a quiet semi-residential area in the south of Skegness, a short distance from South Parade promenade, the southern bowling greens and the boating lake. The Mayfair offers 8 letting bedrooms with Family, Double and Twin rooms. All rooms have flat screen TVs and tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel also provides excellent access and extensive facilities for the disabled including hand rails, wet-rooms, mobility scooter hire and height adjustable beds. Guests can enjoy the comfort of our lounge with free Wi-Fi available throughout the building. Accommodation is available as Room only Bed and Breakfast or Bed, Breakfast and Evening Meal with all meals served in our comfortable and spacious dining room.
