It is with great sadness to bring this news , our dear friend David Hind husband of Shelagh has passed away suddenly, David and Shelagh visited Kantankye for many years at the Folk Rally, then helped run our Camporee in the early years and added greatly to its success,David played bass guitar and ukulele, also sang solo or in a barbershop group.
We shall all miss him very much our thoughts are with his lovely family at this time

We raised £225.00 for
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy for Cancer patients at our Afternoon Tea, the therapy was explained to us by Fiona Purnell who received the treatment, and found significant improvement in her condition the donation. will help others get the opportunity as the treatment is still expensive.
